What Bidcolumn is
Bidcolumn reads publicly posted government contract opportunities from official sources and emails you the ones that appear to fit your business, summarized in plain English. It is an information service. It does not submit bids, guarantee awards, or provide legal, financial, or contracting advice.
Your account
You need a valid email address to subscribe. Keep your sign-in codes to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. One subscription covers one business.
Billing
- Subscriptions are $49 per month, billed through Stripe, starting after a 14-day free trial. A payment card is collected up front; the first charge happens when the trial ends.
- Cancel anytime from the billing portal. Digests stop and you keep access through the period already paid.
- The monthly price at your sign-up stays your price for as long as your subscription remains active, even when the standard price changes.
Accuracy, and the limits of a summary
Our summaries compress long official documents into a few sentences. We work hard to make them faithful, and they can still miss or simplify details that matter to a bid. The official posting is always linked and is always the document that governs. Read it in full before bidding, pricing, or committing to anything.
No guarantees
We do not and cannot guarantee that any opportunity fits your business, that postings are error-free at the source, that every relevant opportunity will surface, or that you will win any contract. Your bidding decisions and their outcomes are yours.
Fair use
Your subscription is for your business's use. Reselling, scraping, or redistributing digest content as a competing service is not allowed.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Bidcolumn's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Bidcolumn after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
