Why do you ask for a card before the trial?
So your digests continue without interruption if you decide to stay. Your first charge happens on day 15, and canceling during the trial costs nothing. We would rather be upfront about that here than surprise you.
What does "your price never goes up" mean?
The price when you sign up is your price for as long as your subscription stays active. When we raise prices for new subscribers later, yours stays put. That is a thank-you for being early.
What if I get no matches for a while?
It happens, especially for narrow trades in smaller states. Quiet stretches are the system working as designed rather than lowering the bar. If your inbox stays quiet longer than feels right, adjust your profile, or cancel. It is your money.
Do you cover state and city contracts?
No. We cover federal opportunities, nationwide, filtered to the states you serve. Federal agencies buy everything from lawn care to laptops in every state, so that is a big enough claim on its own, and we would rather say what we do than what we might.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, open the billing portal and cancel. Two clicks. Digests stop, and you keep access through the period you paid for.
